How To Use The Flexi-Edge Floor & Wall Duster

E-Cloth Floor Duster

Dust to new heights (no stepladder required)

Use the Flexi-Edge Floor & Wall Duster to remove dust and dander from your home. Extend the telescopic handle to start dusting the ceiling as needed, then work your way down to the walls, ending at the floor. The extra-fluffy duster head effectively traps dust and works on all hard flooring, painted walls, and textured ceilings. Use the flexible sides of the duster base for easy cleaning around corners – and don’t forget those baseboards and moldings, too.

Our Flexi-Edge Floor & Wall Duster is our all-over defense against dust and dander. It’s an all-in-one tool to dust floors, walls, ceilings, and even baseboards and moldings.

Follow the steps below to start busting some dust.

1) Extend The Handle

First things first – extend the duster’s handle to your desired length. The handle is extendable from 3 feet up to 5 feet.

To adjust the handle, hold the bottom of the handle near the duster base while twisting the blue section of the handle. Once it’s at a comfortable height, twist in the opposite direction to tighten the handle.

2) Start From The Top

Dust settles. Because of this, we recommend starting at the top of your home and working your way down – this means first dusting your ceiling and corners, then working your way down the walls to your flooring.

When dusting a wall or sweeping a staircase, always start at the top and work your way down. Dust works with gravity, so remember to tackle high areas first – like your ceilings and tall moldings – then work your way down your walls, ending with your baseboards or flooring if needed.

The extra-fluffy duster head is great for picking up and trapping dust, dander, and other loose debris. Use it dry – no water or chemicals required – to safely dust painted walls, textured tile, and more hard surfaces.

3) Flex Those Edges

The Flexi-Edge’s not-so-secret weapon? Its flexible edges!

Make sure to pay special attention to corners, baseboards, and moldings. These are common areas where dust tends to thickly settle.

With the Flexi-Edge, you’ll make quick work of these high-dust areas. The long (or, left and right) sides of the duster head automatically flex upwards when necessary, so there’s no need to use a separate cloth or dusting tool on these tight spaces. One and done!

4) Rinse And Repeat

Depending on the size of your household, your location, and how often you dust, you may need to clean the duster head throughout your dusting session. If you notice the duster head working less effectively, it may benefit from a quick refresh.

If so, we’d recommend using a vacuum hose or handheld vacuum to remove any dust and dander collected onto the cloth.

Once you’re completely done for the day, give the duster head a rinse under warm running water, then hang it to dry.

About once per week (or more or less frequently, depending on how often you dust with E-Cloth), make sure to launder the duster head in the washing machine with your other E-Cloth products. This item – and all our dusting products – may perform better if air dried.

Continue using the Flexi-Edge Floor & Wall Duster on a monthly basis to bust dust before it settles.
